ROBERY J. LALLY is experienced in the areas of personal injury defense, insurance coverage, professional liability defense and prosecution and defense of construction claims. Rob is also a former General Counsel of an Engineering and News Record Top 200 Engineering firm.

RBG Design-Build, Inc., 156 AD 3d 1289 (3d Dept. 2017) (reversal of summary judgment for defendant design-builder and reinstatement of fraud claim against design-builder); Nagan Constr., Inc., et al., v. Monsignor McClancy Mem. High School, et al., 137 AD 3d 986 (2d Dept. 2016) (affirming summary judgment on contractor’s breach of contract and fraud claims; Stickovich v. Cleveland, 143 Ohio App. 3d 13 (2001) (affirming summary judgment for City and  upholding duty of insurer to provide coverage to City with $1.3 million in potential exposure to City); DiGioia Brothers Excavating v.
