Andrea Tersigni

ANDREA TERSIGNI has successfully defended and counseled local, regional, national, and global organizations to manage high stakes commercial and employment disputes.  She serves as a litigator, trusted advisor, and crisis manager with expert knowledge and skills essential to recognizing and addressing the myriad legal risks clients face.  Her work includes litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies, expert advice and support on a broad range of legal matters, development of operational and strategic business policies and procedures, assessment and mitigation of organization-wide legal risk and exposure, and close collaboration with in-house corporate legal departments.

Ms. Tersigni is also a classical violinist and the recipient of a doctoral degree in the musical arts, enhancing her ability to meaningfully connect and communicate with clients, judges, jurors, and adversaries.  Her advanced scholarly work is also a testament to her drive for thorough and comprehensive preparedness in advocating for her clients.
