BENJAMIN N. GONSON is a former founding partner in the law firm of Nicoletti Gonson & Spinner LLP, has thirty-five years commercial and general liability litigation experience at large law firms including the management of insurance coverage (almost all areas), reinsurance, directors and officers liability and appellate practices. Areas of Practice: Insurance, Reinsurance, New York Labor Law, Professional Indemnity, Products Liability and General Counsel and Claims Counsel Advice. He has published and lectured for many insurance-related or New York based organizations. He has been admitted to practice in the New York State courts and in the Southern and Eastern District of New York since 1987.
