John P. Falcone

JOHN P. FALCONE has over 30 years of experience defending a broad spectrum of clients in complex liability actions throughout the U.S., from inception through trial. His experience includes handling, Product Liability, Wrongful Death, Multi-State Litigation, Negligence, Labor Law, Construction and Premises Liability matters.  He has a resume of successful trial verdicts and arbitration decisions for his clients.

John has recently joined our Huntington office and is focusing on Construction and Labor Law matters. He is admitted to practice law in New York State; U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics from Dowling College with and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from St. John’s University School of Law.
