Jonathan F. Banks

JONATHAN F. BANKS has been practicing law in the Courts of New York for over 30 years. He specializes in liability defense and handles complicated Labor Law construction cases, premises liability cases and insurance coverage matters. He handles a wide array of matters from inception up until trial. He also regularly participates in mediations and arbitrations.

Mr. Banks is admitted to practice in the District Court of New York for the Southern District and Eastern District. He is also admitted to practice in the US Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. He graduated from State University of New York, Buffalo with a BA in Political Science and obtained his JD from Ohio Northern University.
