Joyce A. Davis

Joyce. A. Davis is an accomplished litigator with more than 30 years of experience representing insurers and corporate clients in complex disputes. Her practice includes insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, and real estate title disputes. Prior to joining Brody Law Group, Joyce served as Vice President & Senior Litigation Counsel at Fidelity National Law Group, the in-house litigation department of Fidelity National Financial, where she handled complex insurance coverage and real estate title disputes. Drawing on her extensive experience in both private practice and in-house counsel roles, she provides practical, strategic counsel and effective advocacy in high stakes matters.  

She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
