Phillip E. Waknin

PHILLIP E. WAKNIN is an associate in our Huntington office. Phillip graduated from the University at Albany in 2016 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deanne School of Law at Hofstra University in 2019. Phillip is admitted to practice law in New York State.
Phillip has experience handling a wide variety of civil litigation involving New York Labor Law, construction law, premises liability, commercial motor vehicle accidents, and general liability matters. Prior to joining the firm, He worked in both private insurance defense and as a prosecutor in Bronx County. Phillip has experience handling both civil and criminal case from inception to verdict.
