Rajendra Persaud
RAJENDRA PERSAUD is an accomplished civil litigator with extensive experience in managing complex litigation matters from our Huntington office. His practice spans a wide range of areas, including Personal Injury, Property Damage, Labor Law, Construction Law, Negligence, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Commercial Trucking, and Motor Vehicle Accidents. Raj is admitted to practice in both New York state and federal courts, as well as before the United States Tax Court, the Court of International Trade, and the United States Supreme Court. Raj earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where he distinguished himself by winning the intramural moot court competition, contributing as a research editor for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Law Journal, and serving on the Moot Court Board. Dedicated to public service, Raj has a long history of pro bono involvement, including his participation in the Disaster Recovery Clinic and Unemployment Action Center during law school, and his ongoing work with the New York Legal Assistance Group, the National Veterans Legal Services Program, and the Reproductive Health Legal Assistance Project as a practicing litigator. Additionally, Raj has published legal articles with the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy and the CUNY Law Review online journal.
