Richard B. Polner serves his clients from the firms’ New York City office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial motor vehicle litigation, catastrophic construction liability, products liability, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and toxic torts.

Mr. Polner has handled numerous appellate matters concerning personal injury liability, damages and expert issues, civil procedure and commercial litigation. He has litigated matters before state human rights agencies concerning employment discrimination and housing discrimination.
