SCOTT A. BRODY, is a proven, experienced trial attorney and actively manages the New York City office’s Construction and Toxic Tort Defense practice through settlement or verdict. Mr. Brody appears regularly in the trial parts of the four major boroughs of the City of New York.

In addition, Mr. Brody acts as trial counsel for numerous companies defending a variety of complex injury cases throughout the State of New York. Mr. Brody has also lectured on insurance and ethics issues. Admitted to the New York Bar and Florida Bar (inactive), 1985; admitted to United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York; admitted to United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; admitted to the United States Tax Court.
